These stools are sturdy and have a decent finish but are not the ones in the photo above. If you look carefully the photo portrays stools with unrounded corners and legs that taper from thick to thin. The actual stools have rounded corners and do not have tapered legs. In my opinion they look quite a bit less stylish than the ones in the photo but are still passable. If you do a search for other similarly designed stools here on amazon you will find ones that look more like what you'll be receiving...

Very nice, solid construction--especially for the price. Was set to pay twice the price elsewhere but these are of similar quality. The only issue is that black, wood screw covers are falling out. That is fixed by dab of glue. Arrived on time, in great shape.

My mother-in-law purchased these for her kitchen. They are perfect! They are well made and fit nicely under the bar counter when not in use.
