Please help!!! I know I'm paying the price to order 4 of them just based on one 5-star review. Now one is stuck and wouldn't be adjusted the height at all. But the worse part is the ones I did make it up, now they can't be lower down. Anyone knows how it works, please help. I contacted the seller and asked for replaced part...no answer so far. I contacted the seller again asking for the way to lower the chair...not working still. The quality is really not good.

I have a casino type slot machine, and need a stool or chair to sit and play the machine,, this chair is very nice.. only wish the seat was larger.. I am a big guy so it is a very tight fit for me.. .. great price, great service .

Found this chair to be of poor quality. Machining for construction was poor. Do not expect it to hold up.
