Solid construction, easy to assemble, and any seeming warping appears to self-correct once assembled. There is a front and back side to the legs (not readily apparent on the instructions). Very pretty.

The stools arrived before the estimated delivery, well packaged and in perfect conditions. They were easy to assemble. The stools look beautiful in my kitchen, are sturdy, super comfortable and look a lot more expensive than they are. I am very happy with my purchase.

I was looking for a pair of more-or-less modern looking counter stools, and this model attracted my attention. Amazon's price was the best (via Home and Living; around $212 for the pair incl. delivery; at the time of writing this review, the price was $196 incl. delivery). Shipping was fast. Both stools came in a single (big) box. The stools were easy to put together (I think each one requires screwing in 8 bolts). The chairs are rather comfortable. The only downsides for me are the color (it's darker than shown on the item photo, almost black) and the softness of the wood (a few days after use, I noticed several scratch-like dents, I suspect someone [most likely myself] had keys in the back pocket when sitting in the chair). Also, I noticed that the edges of the chair are becoming lighter, so I'm wondering if the color will hold (personally, I'd rather the color to wash out a bit). Anyway, so far I'm happy with the stools, and I would buy them again.
