Product Description
This simple yet intriguing bar stool is a new design that uses the best of both modern and retro design. The seat is made from durable ABS resin finished in gloss enamel. The seat is ergonomically designed and molded for optimal comfort and comes with an arching crescent shaped backrest for added support. The seat sits atop a chromed stem which rests on the adjustable height gas lift and 360 degree swiveling strut mechanism. Also included is a footrest made from chrome plated tubular steel. The whole stool stands on a sturdy circular base which has a rubber ring that protects your floor from any scuffs or scratches. Ideal for use in a home bar or kitchen, breakfast nook or gaming area.
Each barstool comes complete with an adjustable gas lift tested to operate at least 100,000 times! Measures 18" wide by 16" deep and adjusts from table to counter/bar height (30.25" to 38.5"). The seat height adjusts from 23.5" to 32". The footrest measure 11" wide. The base has a 15" diameter. The backrest rises 6.7" above the seat.

These barstools are easy to assemble and work very well. Everyone comments on how good looking they are. If you don't mind not being able to lean back much, they are quite comfortable too. Love the up & down adjustment. I've bought several from different manufacturers, I think they do have a fairly short lifespan of a couple of years.

The color is right on! (perhaps other reviewers have their screen contrast settings altereted to show otherwise, but assure you stools are Bright & LIME GREEN!!!..as was what was desired. I ordered to for kitchen counter breakfast bar.Chrome is shinny. There is a plastic spacer to hold teh foot rest away from the base pole, but spacer is clear and looks fine & not too cheap.Base could be havier, but stools have yet to feel like they are going to tip. I'm average size/weight (5'7" 150 pounds) & they fit my tooshy just fine.Hydrolics work well, if u weigh more than a child. Let down is smooth & stops hold decently where u want them - as can take an extra inch or so to grab.EXCELLENT STOOL FOR THE PRICE!!No dings or dents when received & SHIPPING WAS FAST!My Seahawks fan is very pleased. :)Dec 2012: I purchased 3 more for my kitchen bar. I have a 4-yr old who's always climbing! He constantly was tipping these over. They crack instantly when hit hard floor surface. Handles flimsy and all levers broke inside mechanism, making for more rattles. Hydrolics also poor. Plastic started rattling inside as stools are hallow. DEF NOT FOR KIDS! BUt looked great up until cracks.

These barstools are just what I wanted! Very stylish. I haven't had any trouble with chipping. I'm a small person, but in any case the seat is more than big enough for me and my husband to sit comfortably. The stools swivel and the height is also adjustable. Assembly is a piece of cake.
