I ordered these from Goedeker's furniture (do not order from them...customer service is a joke and a nightmare). Typical China workmanship though - one of the arms had the upholstery coming loose and one of the chair backs was bent and was crooked. Goedeker's will have to replace both parts. The chairs themselves are comfortable. I am currently requesting wheels/castors for the bottoms of these chairs. I hope they are available. The chairs adjust heights easily. I am a 43 year old woman and me and my 12 year old son assembled 4 of these ourselves. Not brain surgery. Overall, nice chairs, but not sure if they are worth the price. Time will tell I guess.Update: I have more to add on this. If you need replacement parts it takes about 6 weeks to get them. The first replacement parts were the wrong color and were wrong parts, so now I am on my second 6 week wait.Casters are available through Uline. The item number for the casters is H1375WH. You just pop off the plastic cap bottom on these stools and insert the casters. Couldn't be easier!Second update June 24, 2013: Received shipment of replacement parts. WRONG again. As of today I have contacted Goedeker's and asked them to please let me know what parts they ordered for me because they were wrong again. I am trying to figure out who is to blame - Goedeker's or whomever they are ordering the parts from. I feel like it's going to be the former because the few times I emailed back and forth with Goedeker's customer service department looking for casters they seemed barely literate. I ended up ordering the casters from Uline because Goedeker's never got back with me.So to summarize....I ordered these chairs from Goedeker's in February 2013 and I am now still waiting for replacement parts in late June 2013. Because their second attempt to send the correct parts failed, I now have to wait up to 6 weeks for the third time in the hopes they can get it right.Chairs are comfortable, but order from a reputable company with customer service that actually serves the customer.

These chairs look great BUT of the three we purchased ALL has some sort of problem. Given the price of these chairs (very high compared to most imported chairs) I did not expect to have any problems. The backs on all three did not mount securely because of the design of the seat base. It is curved where it should be flat, therefore the seat back bracket has to balance on a metal hump while I tightened the mounting screws. It is only the tension from the screws that hold it in place. Also, the foot ring on two of the three chairs was made crooked and, when mounted, was at an angle to the ground. On the plus side, the chairs are VERY comfortable, are rated at 250 lbs versus the 200 lbs that most are. They adjust easily. Hillsdale was exceptionally good in providing phone support, and in committing to send replacement parts, although it took a long time to receive them because they had to get them from China. Also, the customer service department of the retailer we used, OJ Commerse, did an excellent job dealing with a change in the quantity we wanted. Very nice chair, attractive upholstery, well packed, not to difficult to assemble. Opperation is easy. I would purchase this chair again.
