A vivid polycarbonate seat enlivens the pneumatic Clear stool with glowing transparent color. A sleek chrome pedestal base and curvacious seat contribute to the stool's liquid-like fluidity and design. Light playfully passes through the polycarbonate, casting a inspiring shadows on the floor. I received the chair and put it together per the instructions. Assembly was fairly simple and the quality of the chair was fine, however, the mechanism that allows the chair to move up and down within the stand was either missing or broken. As a result, we had a chair that was stuck in the highest position and could not lower. It cannot be used in the condition we received it because it is unstable without this mechanism and is dangerous. In addition, once the base of the stool was attached to the stand, it could not be removed. In order to return it you would have to have a large box, it could not be returned in the box it came in. I reported our problem to the company and never received a response. Very disappointing.

The bar stool looks lovely in my newly renovated bathroom and is wonderful to sit and apply my makeup. However, every time I sit on the bar stool, it drops several inches. I weigh 120 pounds, and feel I shouldn't have to readjust the height every time I use it.

I ordered 2 stools. In assembly of them one stool's pneumatic assembly was broke.The supplier was excellent in quickly replacing the pneumatic assembly and the base it attached too. Excellent support. The product is a good value for the money. I bought it for the transparency and it works; which is to say it does not create a visual block and as a result it meets my expectation in not contributing to a crowded look.
