The style of the chair is great looks good. The colour is actually slightly lighter than shown in the picture.Assembly had it's challenges but still pretty straight forward, instructions were easy to follow.As for the product itself, I find after a while of use the screws will need to be secured again otherwise the chair will squeak. The synthetic leather smell odd, it'll slowly dissipate in time.The price is actually not that great if you consider the shipping cost, you can probably pay $15 more and get a real leather stoolAll in all it is what it is, it more less does its job as a dining chair.

I bought 3 of these stools for my mothers kitchen. Only 1 out of the 3 came undamaged. 2 of the 3 had scratches and cracks and the screws/hardware bag was broken in the box which led to missing peices to put the unit together. They are pretty comfortable but I doubt the longevity of this product would supercede over 2 years.

First I will say that these stools are decent looking, good quality and easy to assembly. The issue is the smell that comes with them!! I can not describe the smell other than extremely offensive. I placed one at my counter to show my husband and within 5 minutes I had to put it in the garage because the smell was so bad. I have no idea how a company can sell a " household item " that you can NOT actually keep in the house!! The boxes were also delivered with a warning sticker " Contents of this package are known to cause cancer in the State of California " - extremely disheartening upon arrival!! Plumstruck was TERRIBLE to deal with as far as returning these stools. They "apologized" for my unhappiness however I still had to pay the return shipping. The customer service rep stated in an email that they would have paid to ship them back had I contacted them immediately. I contacted them less than 10 after they were delivered and explained that I was delayed in opening them as my kitchen was being remodeled and I was not living in my home at the time. Lesson being, they stand behind their products for a day after delivery but not any time after that. Ridiculous!!!
