These are new, 24", white metal stools. They have footrests and have a swivel seat with a backrest!! The seat is made of white vinyl and are reminiscent of the old soda fountain parlors. The stools met my expectations. Relatively easy to assemble, functional for adults, reasonably comfortable, and they look good.I needed interim seating and this fit the bill.

These chairs are great no problem at all swivel works great very proud never had a complaint with any purchase from amazon items have purchase in the past will continue in the future i truly recommend these chairs to anyone whose looking for bar stools that will fit under their counter top much better fit had to send 4 bar stools back to target because they were to tall these are perfect love them thanks amazon........
