I received this chair over a week ago and it is comfortable and works great. I like to ability to adjust the height. Easy to assemble and looks great especially for the price.

I am sitting on this chair as I write. It arrived an hour ago and it took me that long to put together. It was well packed, the parts were easy to unpack and identify. However, the piece of paper titled "Assembly Instruction" was not how to assemble the chair. It was merely a piece of paper identifying the parts with drawings. After a few "Assembly Tips", it says "Please follow attached instructions in the same sequence as number to assume fast and easy assembly". There were no assembly instructions anywhere in the box much less attached to the parts list. It was not hard to figure out, since I once put together another executive chair by myself. However, since the screws and holes were difficult to match up (made in China), I didn't notice that I had put the foot rest on the side of the chair and the lever to raise it at the back, where it was useless. So after tightening it all together with an allen wrench, I had to take it apart and start over. The good news is that it works. It raises and lowers. The seat and arms are nice and wide, and the brown faux leather is attractive and doesn't have that horrible fake leather smell to it. The other bad news, is that the seat does not raise to 44 inches. The seat raises to 29 inches, while the top of the chair back raises to 42 inches. This means that I am sitting too low at my counter and will probably have to use two pillows to prop myself up. Also, the foot rest is too far back to be a real foot rest. I can dangle my feet in back of it, but not rest my feet on it. Am I going to send it back? No. Would I buy it again? No. Your choice, obviously.
