These stools were a Christmas present for my wifey. The box arrived and it was a soft box. There was absolutely NO packaging material around the chair and due to that, she opened a box with a broken legged stool.Who ships furniture without using ANY packaging material at all?I would have put in a complaint but as a Christmas Present the damage was already done.

I bought 2 sets. Both arrived on time and just as described. The great thing is that they come fully assembled. I pulled them out of the box and was able to use them right away! One of them had a slight chip in it on one leg close to the underside of the seat, but I simply colored it in with a marker and it's completely unnoticeable. Most would not have seen it I'm sure, but I wanted them to be perfect. Overall, a great buy...especially for the price!!

The bar stools are exactly as advertised. They are a great product at a great price. You may want to check the bolts under the seat to make sure they are tight. I had one work loose. But, not a big deal. Tighten with a 1/2 inch socket. The stools are sturdy, swivel seat works great and the finish is very nice. It's a great stool.
