This is a nice chair that looks pretty much like the photo. I've assembled the product with no difficulty at all. You'll need a Phillip's screwdriver, but the rest is included. Every part lined up perfectly and the assembled chair doesn't wiggle at all on a hard floor. I'll be able to use the chair as a standby ladder/stool to reach my higher kitchen cabinets when not in use as a standby counter chair. I notice a small pinky nail sized nick (shipping damage) on the top surface of the seat, but it's not something I can't live with. The actual depth of the chair is not 9" but 11 1/2" deep. The 9" is just for the top seat depth, so plan for the wider feet depth if you are planning to place the chair in a narrower area like I did. The width is about 17 1/3" for the top & bottom. I'm especially happy with the small wooden (not plastic!) nail hole covers right below the seat that adds to the cute retro look. For the price & quality, I'm quite happy with the purchase.
