Had 2 of these chairs already which work great. Ordered two more from Amazon. One had a problem and had to be sent back. They resent another chair - same name, same item #, but the styling is slightly different. Slightly different size, different style/color stitching - not a match. Returned for another one, same problem. Now I have 4 chairs with 3 the same and 1 slightly different. Chinese manufacturer must have modified slightly but kept the same name.

The item that was sent to me has the exact same item # and picture on the outside of the box, but what is in the box looks NOTHING like this! What I *actually* received was a stool with a medium brown leather and a heavy white stitching all over it (awful looking). Is the wrong item being placed in this box by the manufacturer?Amazon- You NEED to change this listing because it is inaccurate! Open one of these puppies and you'll see for yourself.Anyway, DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM! What you will receive is drastically different.

The chairs are just as described. No complaints. Picture is not the best. The cushions are brown `leather' with white stitching. Yes the stitching may get dirty, but so far- we love the look of these in our kitchen. If you search by the same name, you will find better pictures on the internet, but not a better price! I purchased three stools. Assembly was pretty straight forward. Parts are: the seat, the back ladder assembly, the front legs and two rails. There are two bolts at each connection. Hex drive (Allen wrench) is included. You will need a Philips head screw driver for the side rails. Once assembled, the two lower side rails had a slight gap on just about all of my stools. This is on the lower rail on the R and L side and is barely visible. There are a few reviews about changes in style. Get over it! I loved the car I bought ten years ago, wouldn't it be nice to buy that same car again, new, at the same cost I paid ten years ago! Get real. These chairs are a great value and sold by AMAZON not an independent storefront. We ordered three stools and ALL three are identical! No complaints.
